Hi Meera, saw Kestrel is hiring three backend engineers. We shipped Ledgerly's payments app in 9 weeks while they hired. Worth comparing notes?
MK
Interesting timing. How is this different from a freelancer?
AV
One senior pod that ships as a team, with a two-week discovery first. Would Thu 3:00pm or Fri 11:30am UK time work for 30 minutes on your roadmap?

Meetings this week
6
8–10

short work sessions a day, inside the hours you actually message.

20

first messages of every new campaign go through you before the agent earns more autonomy.

5–60

minutes to reply to a prospect, at your pace. Instant replies look robotic.

2

meetings free to start. After that, a fixed fee per qualified meeting.

The problem

Sequencers automate sending. Not judgment.

LinkedIn works for B2B. Doing it every day is the hard part, and today's tools blast templates and leave the replies to you.

✕ blast(template, 500)

Volume without judgment

Lists go in, templates go out. Nobody checks whether the person fits, already knows you, or is a client.

✕ reply → your inbox

Replies are still your job

The moment someone answers, the tool stops being useful. Questions, objections and scheduling land back on you.

✕ paid per seat

You pay for activity

Seats and credits are billed whether meetings happen or not. Iraa is paid only when one is booked.

How it works

A goal in plain words. Meetings on your calendar.

Five things it does every day that a sequencer can't.

01

Understands the offer

Reads your site and docs, interviews you only on gaps, and plays the pitch back for your approval.

offer_brief.v3 · approved
02

Keeps finding people

Tests ideas like “new CTOs at funded fintechs”, scales what books meetings, widens before it gives up.

idea · testing 25 invites
03

Judges every profile

Role, authority, timing, red flags, and your history with them. Personal and client threads are skipped.

judge · fit 84 · connect
04

Talks like you

Your length, your openers, your phrases. Answers from your proof points only, in the prospect's language.

05

Books the meeting

Offers real slots in their time zone, gets an explicit yes, books it, and writes you a pre-meeting brief.

Safety

Your account is protected in code, not prompts.

The model decides what to say. Deterministic code decides whether, when and how much anything is sent.

Limits that can't be argued with

Daily and weekly caps under hard ceilings, a warm-up for new accounts, working hours only, randomised gaps, pending invites kept low.

A gate before every send

Length, links, claims, language, tone and AI tells are checked. Then the thread is re-read right before sending; anything new aborts it.

You first, always

Write to a prospect yourself and the agent steps back for good. Pricing, legal, complaints and VIPs always come to you.

msg from you · not ours
✓ thread → human-owned
✓ cancelled 2 queued items
  • No model can send. Every action is written to a queue with an idempotency key first.
  • Every prospect belongs to one campaign and one account, so nobody hears from you twice.
  • Any no, stop or hostile reply ends outreach to that person permanently.
  • It never pretends to be human, and never claims anything outside your proof points.
  • Autonomy is earned from your approvals and withdrawn automatically when quality slips.
  • Prospect data is deleted 12 months after last activity, or on request.
Pricing

FAQ

Fair questions.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A meeting booked through Iraa's calendar with someone the agent found and opened the conversation with, who fits your ICP, and who doesn't cancel more than 24 hours ahead. Your own contacts, inbound bookings and people you messaged first are never charged.

Will this get my LinkedIn account restricted?

Account safety is enforced in code, not prompts: conservative daily and weekly limits under hard ceilings, a warm-up for new accounts, working hours only, randomised gaps, pending-invite hygiene, and an acceptance-rate guard. Any throttle signal pauses the account and it resumes at half the limits. The target is zero restrictions caused by our volumes.

Does it sound like a bot?

It learns your voice from your own sent messages: length, openers, formality, the phrases you use and the ones you never would. Every draft passes an AI-tell check before it can go. And you see the first 20 messages of every campaign before they're sent.

What if I reply to someone myself?

The agent notices any message it didn't send, cancels everything queued for that person, and steps back from the thread for good. It keeps the stage up to date and only offers to follow up if they go quiet.

What happens when someone asks about price, or something it doesn't know?

Prices follow your disclosure policy: exact, a range, or covered on the call. Anything it can't ground in your Offer Brief or knowledge, plus negotiations, legal, complaints and VIPs, comes to you in Approvals with a suggested reply.

Does it work outside India?

Yes. It's built for selling into India, the US, UK, GCC, Australia and Europe: local pricing in local currency, regional etiquette, prospect time zones, and replies in the prospect's language when you allow it.

Is it honest about being AI?

It never claims to be human. If someone asks directly, it says it helps you with outreach and that you read every reply. You can even make that the hook.

Your calendar, full of the right meetings.

Set it up in under ten minutes. See every message before it goes for the first twenty.
